CBS21: Health literacy promoted at apple handout

Family First Health staff and volunteers handed out 250 apples on Tuesday, Oct. 20, as part of its “Starts With Apples” pop-up on Continental Square in York. Coinciding with National Health Literacy Month and National Apples Month, “Starts With Apples” aims to empower individuals to take control of their health. Good health Starts With Apples, but the rest is up to you!
