York City COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic

The COVID-19 Vaccine is available to anyone wanting a vaccine. Appointments may be scheduled by phone or online, as outlined below. Walk-ins are also accepted.

Hours are:
Tuesdays: 12:30 – 3:50 p.m. (Moderna)
Tuesdays: 4:00 – 6:50 p.m. (Pfizer Pediatric and Adult – ages 5 and up) APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED


Appointments and walk-ins are accepted during these times.

Scheduling

Call 717-812-4495 to schedule your vaccine. Phones are open for scheduling every day.
Alternatively, appointments will be available for online scheduling at www.MyWellspan.org.

All appointments will be held at Family First Health:
116 S. George St, York PA 17401 on the first floor

A reminder: you do NOT need insurance to get your FREE vaccination.
